The U.S. Department of Defense defines psychological warfare as: "The planned use of propaganda and other psychological actions having the primary purpose of influencing the opinions, emotions, attitudes, and behavior of hostile foreign groups in such a way as to support the achievement of national objectives." "You may not be interested in psychological warfare, but psychological warfare is interested in you. —Xu Hezhen, a major general in the Chinese Army" Vulnerabilities exploited by manipulators: 1/Naivete - victim finds it too hard to accept the idea that some people are cunning, devious and ruthless or is "in denial" if he or she is being victimized. 2/Over-conscientiousness - victim is too willing to give manipulator the benefit of the doubt and see their side of things in which they blame the victim 3/low self-confidence - victim is self-doubting, lacking in confidence and assertiveness, likely to go on the defensive too easily. 4/Over-intellectualization - victim tries too hard to understand and believes the manipulator has some understandable reason to be hurtful. 5/Emotional dependency - victim has a submissive or dependent personality. The more emotionally dependent the victim is, the more vulnerable he or she is to being exploited and manipulated by manipulators Manipulators generally take the time to scope out the characteristics and vulnerabilities of their victim. Which People are vulnerable to psychopathic propaganda and manipulators: 1/too dependent - dependent people need to be loved and are therefore gullible and liable to say yes to something to which they should say no. 2/too immature - has impaired judgment and believes the exaggerated advertising claims. 3/too naive - cannot believe there are dishonest people in the world, taking for granted that if there were they would not be allowed to operate. 4/ too impressionable - overly seduced by charmers. For example, they might vote for the seemingly charming politician who kisses babies. 5/too trusting - people who are honest often assume that everyone else is honest. They are more likely to commit themselves to people they hardly know without checking credentials, etc., and less likely to question so-called experts. 6/too lonely - lonely people may accept any offer of human contact. A psychopathic stranger may offer human companionship for a price. 7/ too narcissistic - narcissists are prone to falling for unmerited flattery. 8/too impulsive - make snap decisions about, for example, what to buy or whom to marry without consulting others. 9/ too altruistic - the opposite of psychopathic: too honest, too fair, too empathetic. 10/too frugal - cannot say no to a bargain even if they know the reason it is so cheap. 11/too materialistic - easy prey for loan sharks or get-rich-quick schemes. 12/ too greedy - the greedy and dishonest may fall prey to a psychopath who can easily entice them to act in an immoral way. 13/too masochistic - lack self-respect and so unconsciously let psychopaths take advantage of them. They think they deserve it out of a sense of guilt. 14/ the elderly - the elderly can become fatigued and less capable of multi-tasking. When hearing a sales pitch they are less likely to consider that it could be a con. They are prone to giving money to someone with a hard-luck story Under the propaganda terms the individual can no longer exert his basic rights .,he can no longer think, judge or exercise his own will in a rational ways. "The "subject "" becomes a ZOMBIE "bound to what the propaganda tells him. He no longer expresses his doubts himself but in his group once stationed he freealy accepts " the public opinion " as it become his own. The artificial, impersonal public opinion created by propaganda mashinary (THE MASS MEDIA ,THE PUBLIC OPINION,The MASS VALUES ...) its absorbed by the individual and he becomes filled with its conviction of his own RIGHTEOUSNESS. When he is fully integrated into the system or the social group he can no longer distinguish between himself and society as he has reached the critical point of no return - The total alienation and BRAINWASHING . The individual is suppressed psychologically so that he can only continue to live under that particular conditions and form of society which places him there by providing him an artificial and unreal expectations that are direct construct and result of the powerful propaganda but in fact displacement of all basic relevant points. The psychological warfare effects of systematic deployed propaganda on the individual level in humans are profoundly evident today .The behavioral changes prevails leading the influenced population to accept " freely"the desired objectives of market consumerism Nevertheless directly all changes cannot be measured in the standardized control environment but they also can not be ignored since they had such long terms profound and radical effects on the human mind, life and the population itself subjected to the propaganda indoctrination. The individual undergoes profound changes while being propagandized mainly evident is the diminishment of his own personality and activity. "Propaganda furnishes, polish and refines objectives, values, moral and standards and completely organizes his traits of thinking and believes so the subjected individual mainly is influensed at the subconscious level when he is beeng use for implanting objectives, values, and long term behavioral traits .That freezes the human personalities into a very convenient mold by standardizing current ideas, hardening the prevailing stereotypes, and furnishing thought patterns in all areas and its done completely quietly and in non intrusive way by the propaganda mashinery .
